In the present conditions of a fast paced and demanding lifestyle, it is very hard to find someone who is stress free or not tensed with something or the other. It is considered that stress is an automatic response of our body when it feels threatened or something that alert’s our senses. Stress if not controlled and measured in time can lead to some serious health complications like high blood pressure, heart disease, fatigues and low immune system. It also leads to depressions and loneliness.
The way we live our life can have a huge impact on how we experience stress. Living a lifestyle that is healthy and involving will certainly work in relieving stress levels and also aid us combat the factors that is causing these stresses to us. By adopting a healthier lifestyle, it means that we are able to concentrate better, have more of energy and enhanced stamina.

Health is so vital that no one can live without it. Always feeling tired and restless, and physically and mentally weak and stressed are indications of poor health. Poor health not only affects our body but also our mind and attitude. Adopting to a proper diet and nutritional plan is the key to a healthy and stress free life.

Mentioned below are some of the biggest factors that goes into making a life healthier and fuller and relieve from the adversities of a stressed conditions:

      A sensible and balanced diet: we are likely to become sick when we are stressed, as our immunity drops guard at such times. Eating a healthy, well balanced diet with appropriate quantities of proteins, carbohydrates and fats will keep us healthy even at times of stress. If we tend to eat more of fast and processed foods rich in fat, sodium and calories, we are more likely to feel run down and ill during times of stress. Daily vitamins and mineral intakes through our diet can work wonders.

A balanced diet is the one that emphasizes on a balanced proportion of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat milk and dairy products, lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. It ensures that the foods that we eat are low in saturated fats, trans fats, sodium (salt) and excess sugar.

It is always said that breakfast is the most important and valuable meal of the day. To enjoy an active and stress free day ahead, a hearty and wholesome breakfast is must to kick start the day and keep you agile and sharp and is a great weapon in losing weight.

-     Exercise regularly: exercising or involvement in some sort of physical activities is extremely important for improving the quality of our life and leading a stress-free and healthy life. There are numerous benefits of physical exercises like strengthening of muscles and other body organs, slowing down of the aging process and keeping or heart and lungs healthy and functioning.
Being physical active and exercising also contributes largely towards our mental well-being, by keeping us emotionally strong and stress-free, since the body releases the enzyme endorphin that helps in improving our mood.

-    Rest properly and stop too much worrying: rest or sleep allows our body to restore itself. It applies to our brains also. When we eat and exercise well, the resting period is the time when our muscles and brain recuperates and repairs, making us stronger and healthier.
Worrying is directly related to stress. However, it is difficult to gauge the parameters of worry, but it is always possible to control it to certain aspects. Worrying too much can have the same negative effects on our mind and body that stress has.

We all must be conscious of these factors in our lives. Ensuring we eat sensible diets, exercise on a regular basis, get proper rest, and control how much we worry can improve the quality of life, and help us live a longer and healthier life.
